Any damage must be indicated by the tenants in the acquisition, otherwise they  are at his expense.  Pets are not allowed.  The house must be left in a satisfactory condition. Dishes have to be washed, trash being emptied and the refrigerator + oven  needs to be cleaned and be clean.  If the grill is not cleaned upon departure, an additional cleaning fee of $ 25.00 will apply.  The transfer must take place before 11:00 am on departure day. With prior consultation of the property management,  deviating times are possible.  Rental rate  High season rate (November-March):  90 $ a day / 595 $ a week  Off season rate (April-October):  78 $ a day / 520 $ a week  All prices are plus the Florida sales tax of 11 %.  The prices are valid for an occupation of 3 persons. Any additional person is 10 $ a day plus tax.  Short time rentals (below 10 days):  They are possible with an additional fee of 50 $ (tax included)  For long time rentals (4 weeks over) please contact us for individual pricing.  A deposit of 500 $ is also required and will be paid back upon checkout and everything is ok.  There is a cleaning fee of 130 $. It has to be paid in cash directly to our property management.  Electricity is 0,14 $ / KwH  top
